I've lost all my Guardium passwords and can't access the Guardium Appliances

How To


Summary

Guardium Appliances may be inaccessible for the following reasons -
- Appliance is down
- Appliance is full
- Appliance giving no prompt to cli user
- The cli password has been lost/forgotten
- etc


They can be accessed by IBM Technical Support as root user - provided that the root passkey has been recorded previously
