Problem

Error is seen in IBM Rational DOORS Web Access (DWA) when running the Requirement Management job in Data Collection Component (DCC):

 

"CRCRW90020E Unable to get DOORS resources from DOORS Web Access"

Symptom

ERROR Thread-17 com.ibm.rational.doors.rrbridge.dataset.DatasetLoader - CRCRW90020E Unable to get DOORS resources from DOORS Web Access application for request https://<servername>:8443/dwa/rm/discovery/catalog, the response code is 401, the response content is "".
