Java アプリケーションの Statement.executeQuery や .NET アプリケーションの Command.ExecuteReader、組み込み SQL の OPEN <カーソル名> がロック・タイムアウトや照会タイムアウトしないことがあります。
どうすればタイムアウトできますか？
