Troubleshooting


Problem

Symptoms of latency include: higher than expected processing time, slow transactions, low throughput, and so on. Latency can occur in any layer or multiple layers from network to processing. 

The following information is required for IBM Support to use and expedite cases when troubleshooting latency  issues on both DataPower and API Connect.
