Troubleshooting
Problem
After migrating Spectrum Control custom reports to Cognos Analytics 11.0.9, the prompt values in the schedule cannot be changed. Nothing happens after clicking on Edit. This worked before the migration to Cognos Analytics.
- Open Cognos Administration
- Select Team Content
- Navigate to and select the report > ... > Properties
- Select the Schedule tab
- Click on the arrow by HTML
- Click on the arrow by Prompts
- Click Edit at the top of the Current Values screen
- Nothing happens. Nothing is logged.
Symptom
Edit does not launch a panel to select prompts for some custom reports that were migrated from an earlier version. Nothing happens.
