Converting a NON-GIM S-TAP to a GIM driven S-TAP on Windows Server

Summary

Most of the times the S-TAP is installed without GIM on Windows Server.
Later in future when multiple Windows Servers are deployed, the management has to be centrally defined using "Guardium Installation Manager" i.e. GIM components.
