Problem
Values in the ACK milestone line item area are being pulled from other types of documents in an effort to help with the parallel display. Combination of data is causing this skew the screen.
Symptom
ACK milestone line item display is incorrect on several points. a. out of order b. Line item # is inconsistent c. prod description pulled is inconsistent (10 and 30 are pulled from 850 PID segments)
Order line items would be appearing instead of the ACK line items listed from the EDI data.
Cause
BTI logic is to pair up line items and when the Order-Ack documents line item numbers (1,2,3 or 10,20,30) were not the same, the display was displaying a discrepancy.
Resolving The Problem
R14 - Acknowledgment Milestone Line item information, the line details in the acknowledgment milestone are determined from the acknowledgment documents (such as an 855) when those details are present in those documents. For example, when the line number, part number, UPC, description, unit of measure, or unit price are included in an 855, the values from the 855 are displayed rather than those values from the order milestone.
