When attempting to run a prompted report in the background, the Finish/Cancel button does nothing.

Problem

When attempting to run a prompted report in the background, the Finish/Cancel button does nothing.  If you click on it, there are no actions

that occur.

Symptom

Using the Browser's Developer Tools, you can see that there are 404 error messages for the javascript files and CSS files in the Console.

Attempting to hit those JS/CSS files directly in the browser also provides a 404.
