Problem
Advanced properties VIEWER_ENABLE_SORT and VIEWER_DISABLE_SECONDARY_SORT_FOR_LISTS no longer supported in Cognos Analytics. Using these parameters can cause unpredictable behavior in list or crosstab columns.
Symptom
As shown in the screen capture, a report run without interactivity in Cognos Analytics can show sort icons in the column header. Clicking the icons appears to perform some activity, but does not sort the list
