Troubleshooting


Problem

Superuser clicks "Maintain - Rights - Users". Superuser selects a user (for example 'BADUSER') and sees that the 'options' box called 'Active' is unticked (unchecked).

 Superuser therefore ticks 'Active' and then clicks 'Save'. This appears to work, although the message 'Saving User' never disappears from the bottom-left corner.

  • However, if the superuser clicks "Maintain - Rights - Users" and the selects that user ('BADUSER') then they notice that 'Active' is *not* ticked.

Symptom

Superuser ticks the box "Active" and saves changes:

However, if the superuser closes and then reopens that menu item (a few seconds later), the setting for 'Active' is unticked.
