Troubleshooting


Problem

Customer is accessing Controller on Cloud via Citrix. User opens an Excel report (for example from a drive located on their local laptop). It opens saying 'Read-only' at the top (in Excel).

User makes a change. User presses 'save'. An error appears.

Contact the administrator to obtain permission.
