Users get "The connection with the server was lost" (in Excel) when running/refreshing large XLSX file - caused by Firewall anti-virus feature

Troubleshooting


Problem

User opens large XLSX spreadsheet (Excel link report). User clicks 'Controller - Log on', and logs onto Controller.

User clicks F9 on their keyboard. The spreadsheet report starts running. After a while (perhaps a few minutes) an error appears.

You will be logged off from Controller Link!
