Problem
IBM Tivoli Monitoring components including Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server, Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server, or the Tivoli Monitoring Agents failed to start after you rebooting the server
Symptom
You can notice the error in the Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server or Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server or monitoring agent RAS1 log
