IJ60834 : 10.1 MDM failed to submit DA Jobs after a switch back from MDM 10.2.2 and upper level.

Troubleshooting

Problem

After a switch back (switchmgr) to 10.2.1.00, 10.2.0.00, or 10.1.0.0x from a Master at 10.2.2.00 or newer, the submission of Broker jobs will fail.
Apply this iFix to an older Master in the event a switchmgr from a newer Master is warranted.

It is recommended to install it if the user plan to switch back (switchmgr) to 10.1 after a switch to 10.2.2 and upper level.

"Service not initialized" error while running the jobs on agents after upgrade

Cause

This issue is caused by a newer XML format in some database fields introduced at 10.2.2.00.  A Master at 10.2.1.00 and earlier cannot parse the newer XML format correctly after having performed a switchmgr to a 10.2.2.00 or newer Master.
