Problem Description:
In IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, adapter Advanced Status audit
events may be missing because the warehouse listener is not
initialized before adapter startup. As a result, some audit
events are not captured and recorded.

Resolution Summary: Updated the startup sequence to initialize
the warehouse listener before adapter startup, preventing the
loss of adapter Advanced Status audit events.
