IT49251: FTP SERVER ERROR WHEN RECEIVING FILE FROM MQFTE - "I/O PROBLEM, TRANSFER IS NOT COMPLETED"

Error description

• Intermittent issue occurs when sending files from MQFTE to FTP
  Server Adapter. FTP Server Adapter log states "I/O problem,
  transfer is not completed". Due to the error, the messages
  extraction is aborted and the message is still available in the
  mailbox, but the file is received at the destination. This
  results in the same file being sent again.

  Problem Description
  The FTP Server adapter incorrectly reports an I/O error after a
  successful file transfer. As a result, the MQ client interprets
  the transfer as failed and retries sending the file.

  The FTP Server adapter has been updated to resolve a race
  condition that incorrectly generated the I/O error after
  successful file transfers. This prevents unnecessary retries by
