IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty could allow a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service due to uncontrolled resource consumption (CVE-2026-103499)

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in 26.0.0.11.

This fix supersedes (includes) the fix for IFPH71631 where applicable. IFPH71631 resolved the following problems:
