APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A previous recovery for the 0C4 abend in CSQVASTM (reported in
  PH72705) ended up retrying to the end of CSQ3EOM0. The retry
  subsequently tried to access a register which hadn't been
  restored, which led to the S0C4 abend in CSQ3EOM0. The QMGR
  subsequently terminated with reason 00F30411 because of this
  abend.

  tried to reference an area of storage pointed to by an
  unrestored register resulting in an 0C4 abend occurring.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to ensure registers are restored
  before being referenced.
