API Connect v12.1.1.3 contains fixes for following known issues:

| DT500571 | Publishing converted v10 apis/products failing due to custom visibility settings missing |
| DT500891 | Unable to publish certain studio projects as they're showing api references that do not exist |
| DT501224 | toolkit copy-all command is not clearing the assetNodes, which is causing the publish to return "No Assets Found" with empty list. |
| DT501638 | Default catalog properties are taking precedence over the catalog specific values. |
| DT502036 | Subscripitons only migrated for first product in project |
