Troubleshooting
Problem
If security updates are applied to one system in a DDM or DRDA connection but not the other, Conjoined Mutual Authority will not work.
Cause
The following security fixes must be applied to both systems using conjoined mutual authority:
| Release of IBM i | Fix | Fix |
| 7.3 | SJ11234 | SJ11235 |
| 7.4 | SJ11262 | SJ11261 |
| 7.5 | SJ11232 | SJ11233 |
| 7.6 | SJ11231 | SJ11230 |
If one system does not have the appropriate fixes applied, then a server authentication entry will have to be used until the PTFs can be installed.
