Enhancements / Code Fixes:

• Batch queryrawdata calls into groups of ≤3 metrics and merge responses client-side to avoid API failure with 4+ raw metrics and dimensions.
• Replace hardcoded Manage URL with an environment variable (MANAGE_BASE_URL) to dynamically construct the "Open in Manage" link.
• Invalidate and refetch the hierarchy cache after a device-assignment mutation to reflect newly assigned devices immediately.
• Replace full-list fetch in hierarchiesTab with server-side pagination using page and pageSize query params.
• Skip hierarchy API call if data already exists in store by adding a cache-present guard before the fetch.
• Bail out of the site API call early if orgId is undefined or the hierarchy row is still in a loading state.
• Remove or relax the character-allowlist regex on input fields to permit the full Unicode range.
• Wrap the device-type fetch in a try/catch and dispatch an error toast when the API call fails.

Deprecation and enhancements in IBM Maximo Monitor

Several IoT features were deprecated in versions 9.0.x and 9.1.x. The deprecated features will be removed in IBM Maximo Monitor version 9.2. At the same time, some capabilities have been enhanced to improve device integration and monitoring.
