Abstract

On 24th September 2025, IBM released IBM® Maximo® Application Suite AI Service Component release 9.2.3

Content

  • AI service platform
    • Microsoft SQL Server support.
    • Database migration from IBM DB2 to Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Security fixes.
    • Upgrade ibm-watsonx-ai to 1.4.2 for both PCC and MCC templates.
  • NL2OSLC
    • Using only Dense matching for schema selection instead of both Dense and Sparse.
    • Introduced semantic few shots selection based on the utterance.
    • Separated main and child schema in the prompt and schema selection to avoid false "business objects not supported" issue.
    • Prompt re-engineering to improve results and included date range related formatting.
    • Misc OSLC improvements to support complex queries , date mappings and negation handling.
  • ALM Agent
    • Improved prerequisite planning and verification for follow-up queries.
    • Fixed memory leaks, improved async HTTP client handling, and hardened concurrency and sandbox behaviour.
    • Updated core dependencies (torch, joserfc, transformers, ubi-python).
