Error description

• When IMS Policy Services writes journal records to BSNJM01, an
  extra leading byte is added to the output records.

  *                      records to BSNJM01, an extra leading    *
  *                      byte is added to the output records.    *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR fixes an issue where DCBEXLST update processing prior
  to PUT operation corrupted the RECFM field, causing output
  messages to be written with an incorrect length of 134 bytes.
  It also corrects message BSN3402, issued when BSNJM01 is not
  specified in JCL, to use the proper SYSOUT=A destination
  instead of SYSOUT=*.
