Error description

• This PTF implements Support for Db2 FL509:
  1) Implement FL509 support for ODP - Include new SHRLEVEL
     column from SYSIBM.SYSUTILITIES table
  2) ODP Support - Implement column conversion to BIGINT for RTS
     tables supporting streaming
  3) Support ODP Streaming of new column NSYNCREADIO which has
     been added to RTS tables
  4) Implement new exception to Real Time Tablespace Statistics
     group for support of new NSYNCREADIO column in
     SYSIBM.SYSTABLESPACESTATS
  5) Utility history extraction process for AI/ML Estimation -
     add new SHRLEVEL column to extracted data
  6) Panels DAJ$UTLH + DAJ$UTLO: FL509 - Add support to DAJ
     Utility History function for new SHRLEVEL column in
     SYSIBM.SYSUTILITIES.  In addition this PTF also does
     the following:
  
  7) For REORG of the Db2 Catalog and Directory objects,
     DSNDB01.DBD01 is being generated it its own job step -
     separate from all other tablespaces in DSNDB06 and
     DSNDB01XIDECIMAL
  8) ODP - Error message DAJ047E modified to display both RC and
     REASON values in HEXIDECIMAL
  9) The content of SDAJSAMP member DAJODPSD is being replaced
     with text that points customers to a TCz-generated job -
     C7ODPC.  This SDAJSAMP member is also a duplicate
     of member DAJODPS1.
