Summary
Customers performing an online-offline upgrade to MAS Manage 9.1.21 from MAS Manage 9.0.26 may encounter a failure during the offline upgrade phase. The failure occurs when the upgrade process expects the MAXPRODUCTID column in the PLGCOUNT table, but the column is missing in certain upgraded environments.
This issue is a known limitation in the August 2026 MAS Manage 9.1.21 General Availability (GA) release.
