Enhancements / Code Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the Monitor UI failed to load for superusers.
• Fixed the grain mismatch displayed when editing a data item compared with the Open JSON Editor.
• Added a Pipeline Group toggle to the Edit Device Type modal.
• Fixed the grey background issue in the Assign to Hierarchy Location dialog.
• Added a loading state to the Save button in the Edit Device Type modal while the save operation is in progress.
• Fixed a race condition and potential crash by properly filtering catalog functions.
