Error description

• In keyring-based certificate configuration, users may provide
  keyring names that include special characters. A customer
  reported failures when keyring names include characters such as
  _. These keyring names are valid in their environment, but
  validation rejects them in product flows. This can block users
  from completing proxy user configuration and subsystem
  registration
