IBM WebSphere Application Server Liberty is affected by a privilege escalation when using Liberty collectives (CVE-2026-18499)

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in 26.0.0.9. For more information, see: Recommended Updates for WebSphere Application Server

This fix supersedes (includes) the fix for PH70327 where applicable.
