Error description

• When the External Load health monitor is enabled, an IDAA_ONLY
  or IDAA_DUAL load job may display the load completion message
  (HLOU5720I) and then hang.

  time: <x> seconds.
  HLOU5720I AQT10000I The operation was completed successfully.
  

Local fix

• Disable the External Load health monitor by setting
  EXLOAD_MONITOR_SLEEP="0" in the Loader started task options file
  or by specifying EXLOAD_MONITOR_SLEEP 0 in the batch Loader job.
  This disables the External Load health monitor and prevents the
  issue from occurring.
