Known issues
This section outlines the known issues and their workarounds (if any).

 

Issue 1

 

Users Affected : Customers using the TCH CSM.

 


Summary:
Incoming payments are remaining in state "in Process" if final confirmation (pacs.002) from TCH expires.

Details:
Payment transactions might remain in pending states without any alert raised to the OAC operator if not all related messages were received
. This can happen due to message expiration or other networking failures.

Resolution :
Periodically check for transactions older than e.g. 5 minutes but not completed or failed.

 

 


Issue: 2

Users Affected : All users of TCH

 


Summary:
Failure to send MQ Request on CSM Request Channel using IIB 10

Details:
BIP2329E is generated by IIB 10 when sending requests to the TCH Connector.

Resolution :
A Case is open with IIB support.
Customers can work around the issue by editing the CSM Request and Response channels to specify the name of Integration Nodes local Queue Manager.



Issue: 3

 

Users Affected : All users of SCT Inst

 


Summary:
Missing Error Code in Error Record relating to CSM Payment Cancellation due to Timeout

Details:
After processing a pacs.002 (cancellation by CSM due to timeout), there is a record in the ERROR table for this CSM cancellation, but the error CODE is missing. 

Resolution :
None. Will be fixed in a future release.



Issue: 4

Users Affected : All users of FTM on IIB 10.0.0.11 toolkit

Summary:
Bar build fails with java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException in the details.

Resolution :
IIB APAR 23841 included in 10.0.0.12

Other workarounds include
Building Bar files in IIB 9 or IIB 10 up to and including 10.0.0.10
Building Bar files using mqsipackagebar on the command line.



Issue 5:

Users Affected : All users of FTM on IIB 10.0.0.12 toolkit

Summary :
Bar build fails with java.lang.IllegalStateException in the details.

Resolution :
Request fixes for IIB APAR IT24755 from IBM support.

Other workarounds include
Building Bar files in IIB 9 or IIB 10 up to and including 10.0.0.10
Building Bar files using mqsipackagebar on the command line.
