PH72272: HALOAD JOB MAY HANG, CAUSING THE HEALTH MONITOR TO TIME OUT WITH NO LOAD ACTIVITY DETECTED AND CANCEL THE JOB

Error description

• HALOAD job may hang, causing the health monitor to time out with
  no load activity detected and subsequently cancel the job.
  The issue can occur even when APAR PH71201 has been applied.
  
  The following messages may be issued when the health monitor
  timeout expires:
  HLOU4004I   Task: 01, Load completed for table: , partition: xx
  HLOU5064I   WLM ASIDS:
  
  HLOU5931I   No load activity detected. Timeout expired nn
  seconds. Timeout remaining 0 seconds
  
  
  After the job is canceled by health monitor, the following
