This Interim Fix resolves a compatibility issue introduced by Google Chrome version 150 (Chromium 150) that causes reports with Full Interactivity enabled to fail or display incomplete content in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.2.4.
Google Chrome version 150 (Chromium 150) introduced a browser compatibility change that affects report rendering in IBM Cognos Analytics 11.2.4 when Full Interactivity is enabled.
Reports may fail to render correctly or display incomplete content. Report authors and consumers may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
- Static text objects are not displayed.
- Filters and prompts appear blank.
- Package and model information is missing.
- Data reports fail with the following errors:
- QE-DEF-0149
- QE-DEF-0190: A value is expected for the attribute 'expression'.
The issue is specific to Google Chrome 150 and does not occur when:
- Using earlier versions of Chrome (for example, Chrome 149).
- Running reports in Mozilla Firefox.
- Running reports with Full Interactivity disabled.
- Viewing saved or scheduled report outputs.
This Interim Fix restores compatibility with Google Chrome version 150 for reports that use Full Interactivity.
