Abstract
As part of an upcoming infrastructure change that will be completed in a phased manner starting 5 August 2026, Mobile Enterprise Gateway (MEG) customers may experience a brief service interruption of approximately 10 minutes during the transition. No action is required from the customers, and service will resume automatically once the change is completed.

IBM MaaS360 is migrating the Mobile Enterprise Gateway relay from Singapore to India as part of infrastructure updates to the relay cluster.
Important: This migration does not require any action or reconfiguration.
The host names remain unchanged:
Device endpoint: https://ap01-dv.meg.maas360.com
Gateway endpoint: https://ap01-gw.meg.maas360.com
After the migration, gateways that you previously configured to use the Singapore relay (APAC-SGP) now show the India relay (APAC-IND). This change is reflected in both of the following:

The Mobile Enterprise Gateway page in the IBM MaaS360 portal
