Error description

  • When activating Db2 13 function level M509 after installing Db2
    for z/OS PTF UO07568 (APAR PH70028), the accelerator's stored
procedure job AQTTIJSP skips the processing ("Create", "Grant",
and others) of stored procedure-related Db2 objects. The job
output shows the message string "REQUIRES HIGHER DB2 VERSION".
The "INSTALL OBJECT SUMMARY REPORT" shows a "less or equal"-sign
('<') left of the Db2 objects listed which also means "REQUIRES
    HIGHER DB2 VERSION".
The issues occurs because the accelerator's program AQTTRIN does
not process the DB2 product ID correctly which got changed with
    the Db2 13 PTF UI83154 for APAR PH48184.
