APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An ABEND 0C4 occurs during server shutdown when a WOLA client is
  active. Subsequent WOLA Register requests fail after the 0C4
  abend.
  

Local fix

• Restart initiators, or make sure that no WOLA clients are active
  before shutting the server down.

  The abend is because the server freed some storage that is still
  being used by the client. The abend causes the deletion of a
  name token to be skipped. The name token still being there
  causes the client register to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code to not free the storage when a client is still
  active. The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix
  pack WebSphere Liberty 26.0.0.7. For more information, see
