  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: TOSI is enhanced as follows:            *
  *                       - To replace the DEDB master control   *
  *                         block through the REPLDMCB action    *
  *                         command.                             *
  *                       - To make the REPLRAND action command  *
  *                         and the TOSI client API installation *
  *                         verification program available to    *
  *                         users.                               *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  TOSI is enhanced to replace the DEDB master control block
  through the REPLDMCB action command.
  This command reads a pending ACB member from the staging data
  set of IMS Directory and uses it to replace the DEDB master
  control block.
  
  The REPLRAND action command and the TOSI client API installation
  verification program, which were previously implemented but not
  publicly available, are now made available to users.
  The TOSI client API installation verification program supports
  the following action commands:
   - REPLRAND action command
   - REPLDMCB action command
