Problem
If you load a project in IBM® DevOps Model RealTime® (Model RT), you get the [Project name] has no explicit encoding set warning message.
Cause
The [Project name] has no explicit encoding set warning message comes from Eclipse: Warning for projects with no explicit default encoding.
Resolving The Problem
Select Ignore from the drop-down list at Window > Preferences > General > Workspace > Report missing project encoding
