Local fix

• Set the -Xmn value to prevent expansion/contraction of the
  Nursery space.
  

Problem summary

• The problem was caused when an ownableSynchronizerLink object
  was included into the survivor space due to Nursery contraction.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has removed the relevant code path so the issue will not
  exist.
