Troubleshooting
Problem
There are several reasons for that:
1. Trusteer Rapport protects browser files against unauthorized modification and does this even when the browser is closed.
2. Trusteer Rapport looks for software and configuration updates even when the browser is closed.
3. Trusteer Rapport protects itself against unauthorized removal and as such needs to be constantly active.
4. When launching the browser, Trusteer Rapport needs to perform a few actions to protect this process and these actions must start before the browser.
