IBM Video Streaming Subscription and User Management

This article explains how to manage subscription plans and access subscription details and invoices for IBM Video Streaming and IBM Enterprise Video Streaming purchased on the IBM.com Marketplace.

IBM.com Marketplace

To access the IBM.com Marketplace, log in to your IBM Video Streaming account, navigate to Account > Subscription, and click the MyIBM dashboard link. If prompted, authenticate using your IBMid credentials.

Alternatively, log in directly at https://myibm.ibm.com/ to access your MyIBM Dashboard.

The MyIBM Dashboard displays your IBM Video Streaming subscription under My Products.

Billing and Invoices

To view your invoices, navigate to the Billing page in MyIBM. The Billing page provides an overview of your order. For additional details about your IBM Video Streaming subscription, navigate to the Order page.

Scroll down the Order page to view previous invoices.

Note: Invoices become available for download after processing.

You can also access your invoices using the IBM Invoice tool with your IBMid. If you have never used the IBM Invoice tool before, you'll need to submit an access request. Click Explore more on the invoice tool page for instructions.

Managing Subscription: Switch Plan or Cancel

To manage your subscription plan, click Manage.

The subscription overview page opens, providing access to several actions:

• Switch to a different plan
• Cancel your plan

Adding Users

To add new users to manage your videos and live broadcasts:

• Select Manage users > Add new user
• Complete the required fields
• Select License User and click Submit

You can also add a Subscription administrator to help manage your subscription and users.

Note: Users who don't have an IBMid associated with the email address you add will need to create one at https://myibm.ibm.com/. Click Create an IBMid.
