Question

This tutorial provides the necessary steps to install and/or uninstall IBM MQ 10.0 in Windows.

The steps are applicable to both release types (LTS and CD), other version.releases, and
other fix pack levels.

The steps describe a standard installation path to have only 1 version of MQ installed in the server.
These steps do not use the 'multi-version' feature in which several versions of MQ can co-exist ("side-by-side").

  • MQ Explorer
    Starting with MQ 9.3, the MQ Explorer is NO longer included with the package file that is downloaded from IBM Passport Advantage.
