Error description

• Admin Tool fails to honor grant order when adding a new view and
  its grants. It also does not have option for grant order when
  doing GEN. This can lead to unfavorable grant execution orders.
  Admin Tool should handle grant order properly.

  Db2 Admin Tool fails to honor the grant order option when adding
  a new view and its grants. It also does not have an option for
  grant order when using GEN. This behavior can lead to
  unfavorable grant execution orders, whereby grants might fail
  depending on the authorization of the user.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed.
  For Compare, Db2 Admin Tool now honors the
  "GRANT processing order" option on panel ADB2PCO and the
  GRANT_ORDER CM batch option.
  For GEN, Db2 Admin Tool has a new "GRANT generation order"
  option on panel ADBPGENO and a new GRANTORD CM batch
  option.
