Abstract
This document lists Major Enhancements and APARs that are fixed in IBM® Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities 9.2.0.

Known Limitations

| Perceptive Application | Application Settings: The Monitor API Settings section is not displayed under Integration Settings tab on Application Settings record as expected. |
| Perceptive Application | The MREF-Manage integration: The Spec ID is no longer used as the Location Name in Manage. Instead, the Spec ID is stored in the Real Estate and Facilities Record ID field, and the Location Name is generated dynamically by the integration. As a result, Room Reservation and Room Panel functionality no longer work when a Spec ID is used in the location search. |
| Perceptive Application | AI Lease Abstract UX App: Once the AI abstracts the data from uploaded documents and populate the Lease Abstract application fields, user will verify it and click the Create Draft action. It will call the APIs & Workflows in backend and if UX App did not get any response back within 100 seconds then it will considered as failed as MREF considers anything taking above 100 seconds for processing will be failed. However, the backend workflows create a Lease Abstract record in the foundation application. User need to verify if the record got created or not in system and then process the same record accordingly. |
| Foundation Application | Outlook room Reservation: When creating a reservation from Outlook on behalf of a delegate user, the Requested For field will appear the same as the Requested By and Organized By fields. This occurs because, in subscription-based events, the Microsoft Graph API does not provide delegate user information. |
| Lease accounting | Month End Read Only Access: Before the locking period begins, the System Administrator must log in to the system's Admin Console and forcefully log out all currently active users. This control ensures that all active sessions are terminated and it prevents continued system access during the lock period. |
| Platform | User Management - The User Migration Tool projected license feature may show certain users as being mapped to the Premium license, when those users should be mapped to the Base license. Note, this is just a projection, and the User Migration Tool allows any license that is needed for selected users to be applied during migration. The issue of incorrect mapping will be addressed in a future release. |
| Platform | Common Header - Due to Real Estate and Facilities now being contained within the Maximo Application Suite common header, the Real Estate and Facilities session timeout functionality is currently limited as the Maximo Application suite timeout will always take precedence. |
| Platform | User Sync - Setting Maximo Application Suite / Manage user to inactive does not retire the user in Real Estate and Facilities. To workaround the issue in Maximo Application Suite / Manage, the user's Real Estate and Facilities access -> Application entitlement should be set to "No access". This will retire the user in Real Estate and Facilities. |
