Error description

• With the parameter TRUNC=RC16 specified, CMBATCH terminates with
  an error: ICE196A 0 SORTOUT LRECL OF 16384 IS DIFFERENT FROM
  SORTIN(NN) LRECL OF 16800 - RC=16

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Change Management (CM) batch merge      *
  *                      fails with DFSORT error ICE196A RC=16   *
  *                      when option TRUNC=RC16 is active in     *
  *                      ICEPRMxx.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  CM batch passes RECORD TYPE=V,LENGTH=16800 for sort work data
  sets SRTCOUT and SRTNOUT to DFSORT, creating an LRECL mismatch.
  When ICEPRMxx contains TRUNC=RC16, DFSORT issues "ICE196A 0
  SORTOUT LRECL OF 16384 IS DIFFERENT FROM SORTIN(NN) LRECL OF
  16800 - RC=16" and terminates with RC=16 instead of truncating
  with a warning.
  The fix updates the LRECL for CAT, CATOUT, SRTCOUT and SRTNOUT
  from 16384 to 16800 in Tools Customizer templates.
