How to request a generated Metrics and Transform Pipeline analysis report

Steps

1. First you will want to raise a new support ticket at https://www.ibm.com/mysupport
2. You will need to raise a ticket under the Apptio Costing, Billing or EBM Primary Product.
3. Add it as a support maintenance request and include in the subject "Request for Metrics and Transform Pipeline Analysis file"
4. With this report, each generated report reflects a single build for a single project. You can request multiple reports for multiple builds and projects.

5. Please structure the description as below and include the following:

   Environment Name: e.g. Main or Sandbox

   Project Name: e.g. Cost Transparency or Bill of IT

   Build Number (including Dev or Staging): e.g. Build #### Dev or Build #### Staging

   Time Window: e.g. After 6pm PST

6. If you require multiple reports for different projects or builds, you may raise a new case with the same structure as above per request. 
7. Please provide a time window, preferrably during non-office hours, for support to generate this as you may experiecence a slight decrease in performance during our data extraction process, and allow 1-3 business days to receive the report. 
8. After these reports have been generated, the support team will provide links to download these reports. Please note that these URLs will expire after a few days, so please be mindful with timing when you recieve these
9. For each report, the filename structure of the report you have recieved should be "InstanceName_ProjectName_Build_###_Dev/Staging.analysis.tsv"

Analysing the export:

The export provided by support will contain the following columns:

Type: It can either be a Metric, Table, Table (Modeled), Perspective or Report

Name: The name of the table, metric, report etc this line item is for

Formula: The forumulas contained in the particular table, metric, report etc of that line item

Recommendations: If the TBM Studio recommendations system has a dectection, it will also display in this report, such as cautions or notes.
