PH70402: BIP3383E FROM FILEINPUTNODE WITH SFTP TRANSPORT WHEN SFTP SERVERRETURNS "CANNOT FIND MESSAGE" ERROR

Error description

• APAR IT13711 addressed the scenario where multiple integration
  servers poll the same remote SFTP directory and encounter "No
  such file" errors when a file is processed and deleted by one
  server before another server attempts to retrieve it.
  However, the SFTP get operation may also fail with "Cannot find
  message" error for same situation and causes BIP3383E errors to
  be reported instead of being handled as intended by IT13711.

  All users of IBM Integration Bus V10.1, IBM App Connect
  Enterprise V12.0 and V13.0 who uses FileInputNode with SFTP
  transport in environments where multiple integration servers
  poll the same remote SFTP directory.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  LinuxPPCLE64, LinuxX64, LinuxZ64, WinX64, ZOS, AIX

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When multiple integration servers poll the same remote SFTP
  directory and a file is processed and deleted by one server
  before another server attempts to retrieve it, the SFTP get
  operation may fail with a "Cannot find message" error.   When
  this occurs, the FileInputNode reports a BIP3383E error instead
  of handling the condition gracefully. This causes unnecessary
  error messages and may disrupt normal file polling operations in
  multi-server environments.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been modified to properly handle the "Cannot
  find message" SFTP server response.
