Question

What it the procedure to remove role assignments for users that have already been removed from the WebGUI/DASH user repositories in WebSphere?

Answer

To remove role assignments for users who have been deleted from the LDAP repository, use the following command:
1. Open a terminal on the JazzSM server.
2. Run the command: /opt/IBM/JazzSM/ui/bin/consolecli.sh RemoveOrphanedRoleMappings --username smadmin --password [smadmin password] --maxUsersAndGroups 1000
3. Verify that the command executed successfully and that the orphaned role mappings have been removed.
4. Check the log file /opt/IBM/JazzSM/ui/logs/consolecli.log for any additional messages or errors.
