Support Hours

Our support team is available Monday through Sunday, with the exception of U.S. holidays.

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Pacific Time)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Pacific Time)

U.S. Holidays (Limited Support):

During U.S. holidays, support availability is reduced. Support tickets and live chats are handled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Pacific Time).
