Downloading Trusteer Rapport for Mac

Thank you for choosing to download IBM Security Trusteer Rapport!


Select your browser from the links below for installation instructions:

Firefox - Download and Install Rapport
1. After choosing to download Rapport, a dialogue box will pop up asking if you'd like to save the file. Select Save File:


2. The Firefox download icon will flash, indicating that the download is in progress. Click the icon to see the downloaded file.


3. Click Rapport.dmg to open the downloaded file.


4. A folder containing two files will open. Double-click the Rapport.pkg file to begin the installation process.


5. The Rapport installer will open - click Continue:

 
6. A link to the Rapport End User License Agreement (EULA) will appear - click Continue:


7. Click Agree to confirm that you have read and accept the terms of the EULA:


8. The installer will advise how much disc space is required to install Rapport. Click Install to continue:

 
9. Enter your username and password if prompted and click Install Software:


10. Rapport will now be installed. This process can take a few minutes:

 
11. Rapport has now been successfully installed on your computer. Click Close to close the installer:

 
You will be directed to the IBM Security Trusteer Support website where you can find helpful information about Rapport.
 
 
Google Chrome - Download and Install Rapport
1. After choosing to download Trusteer Rapport, Google Chrome will start the download, showing you the progress. Once it completes, click the file.


2. A folder containing two files will open. Double-click the Rapport.pkg file to begin the installation process:

 
3. The Rapport installer will open - click Continue:

 
4. A link to the Rapport End User License Agreement (EULA) will appear - click Continue:
