Error description
When WAS Liberty logs are formatted with {date}, {time} (a comma between the date and time) instead of {date} {time} (no comma) CDP does not recognize the format and discards the records.
Local fix
Use Java option -Djava.locale.providers=COMPAT to allow CDP to recognize the records.
